For receipt of a registration number, buyer agrees that if highest bid is accepted the following terms of the sale are part of the then formed contract between the seller (represented by the auctioneer) and the buyer. The contract is enforceable when the auctioneer accepts the buyer’s offer.

Property is sold “as is”, “where is” and buyer relies exclusively on pre-auction personal inspection and not on representation or warranties expressed or implied in any way by auctioneers or staff. While descriptions are believed to be correct, auctioneers will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

• ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL ON AUCTION DAY ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Payment to be made in cash, cashier’s check, certified check, good personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. The United States and State laws and penalties for failure to settle and pay shall apply.
• A 13% Buyer's Premium applies to each item purchased in the auction. A 3% discount will be given for cash or good check.
• All buyers must read and acknowledge auction terms printed on buyer’s registration cards and posted on sale site. Signature on bidder’s card gives buyer’s consent to all terms and conditions of the auction.
• Any person purchasing an automobile or other DMV item at this auction, hereby waives his or her right to purchase "contract cancellation option" or Car Buyer Bill of Rights.
